Thank you to the Westminster Adult education Colleges and NOVA for recommending and bringing their ESOL students.
And thanks go out to all participants who gave excellent feedback and as they found it useful now they are recommending their friends and family to attend as well. We can only deliver these unique citizenship events thanks to our partnership with Parliament. Special thanks go to Eleanor Laing, one of the Deputy Speakers of the House of Commons for attending our event - our participants enjoyed speaking with her.

Thanks you Faik M Hanna for taking photos at each event. He's been working with us for a long time and participants have commented on how approachable and professional he is.

Thank you to Lord Norton of Louth for taking part and for supporting New Citizens Voice and its aims. He atttended our 'Your Voice Matters' event that we delivered in partnership with Parliament on 7 February 2012 with 55 participats.

Lord Norton said "Organisations like New Citizens Voice helps citizenship education to be alive. If citizenship education disappears, then we will end up with a massive divide between those who do understand how our political system works, and how they can contribute to it, and those who have a limited awareness and for whom the political system may be a closed book."

You can see more photos of the day and write comments on our NCV Posterous page
